Auto-attach Figma files to Asana tasks
When a new Figma file is created for a project, GAIA automatically attaches the Figma link to the corresponding Asana task so team members always know where to find the latest design assets.
Design-ready notifications in Asana
When a designer updates a Figma file to a Ready for Review status, GAIA updates the linked Asana task stage and notifies the assigned reviewer so feedback begins without a separate Slack message.
Track design approval status
GAIA monitors Figma comment activity and reflects approval or revision requests as Asana task comments, giving project managers a complete view of the design review lifecycle within their existing tool.
Trigger design tasks from Asana milestones
When an Asana milestone is reached — such as a feature spec being approved — GAIA creates the corresponding design task in Asana and initializes a Figma file, ensuring design work begins at the right moment.
Design handoff to development
When a Figma design is marked approved, GAIA transitions the Asana task to a development-ready section and notifies the engineering assignee with the Figma link, making handoffs automatic and traceable.
