When a product requirements document is created in Drive with a matching name, GAIA attaches it to the corresponding Jira epic. When an incident is resolved in Jira, GAIA creates a post-mortem document in Drive. The documentation system and the issue tracking system stay connected without anyone manually managing the relationship.
This integration reduces the context-gathering overhead that slows engineers down at the start of each task and ensures that the rationale behind engineering decisions is always accessible from the Jira issue where the work is tracked.

When a new Google Doc is added to the requirements folder in Drive with a name matching a Jira epic, GAIA attaches the document link to the epic so engineers immediately have access to the full specification without searching Drive.
