When a new Linear cycle is created, GAIA schedules recurring Zoom meetings for sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, and retrospective based on the cycle dates and the team's configured ceremony cadence.
Post Zoom meeting summaries to Linear cycles
After a sprint ceremony ends on Zoom, GAIA generates a meeting summary using the transcript and attaches it as a comment on the corresponding Linear cycle so the team has a searchable record of what was discussed.
Create Linear issues from Zoom action items
GAIA identifies action items in Zoom meeting transcripts — commitments, follow-up tasks, blockers raised — and creates corresponding Linear issues assigned to the relevant team member with the meeting context as the issue description.
Add Zoom recording links to Linear issues
After a Zoom call that references specific Linear issues by ID, GAIA attaches the Zoom recording link to each mentioned issue so engineers can review the conversation context without asking for the recording link.
Generate sprint review agenda from Linear cycle
