When an Airtable record is assigned to you or a status field changes to a trigger value, GAIA creates a Todoist task with the record name, due date, and a link back to the Airtable row.
Sync Todoist task completion back to Airtable
When you mark a linked Todoist task complete, GAIA updates the corresponding Airtable record status to Done so the shared database reflects actual work completion in real time.
Editorial calendar task generation
For content teams with an Airtable publishing calendar, GAIA creates Todoist writing and editing tasks from calendar rows as their scheduled dates approach, complete with deadlines and brief links.
Project database milestone tracking
