When a HubSpot support ticket is tagged as Feature Request and meets your minimum deal-value threshold, GAIA creates a Linear issue with the customer context, associated deal value, and HubSpot ticket link so engineering has all the information needed to evaluate and prioritize.

Notify account owners when features ship

When a Linear issue linked to a HubSpot deal is marked Done, GAIA creates a HubSpot activity on the deal notifying the account owner that the requested feature has shipped, giving them a timely reason to reach out to the customer.

Aggregate customer demand to prioritize Linear backlog

GAIA counts how many HubSpot contacts have requested a given feature and writes that demand count to the corresponding Linear issue's metadata. Product teams can sort the Linear backlog by customer demand to inform sprint prioritization.

Link HubSpot bug reports to existing Linear issues

When a customer reports a bug in HubSpot that matches an already-open Linear issue by keyword or description similarity, GAIA links the HubSpot ticket to the existing issue and increments an affected-customers counter rather than creating duplicates.

Update HubSpot deal stage when engineering milestones are hit

When a Linear project associated with a HubSpot opportunity reaches a configurable completion percentage, GAIA moves the deal to the relevant pipeline stage — such as Feature In Beta — so sales stays in sync with engineering progress.
