Document revision alerts as Trello card comments
When an attached Drive document is edited, GAIA posts a comment on the Trello card noting the update. Card members are notified and can review the latest version immediately.
Archive card files to Drive on completion
When a Trello card moves to the 'Done' list, GAIA organizes its attached Drive files into an archive folder. Completed work is preserved and searchable.
