Connect Google Calendar and Google Drive to GAIA
Authorize Google Calendar and Google Drive in GAIA's integration settings using Google OAuth. Both services are part of the same Google Workspace so a single authorization covers both for most users.

Configure document matching and notes template preferences
Define how GAIA should search for relevant Drive documents — by folder, shared owner, keyword match, or project label. Choose your preferred meeting notes template and the Drive folder structure for meeting archives.

GAIA links documents to meetings and manages the notes lifecycle
GAIA runs before each meeting to attach relevant documents and create notes docs, then after meetings to finalize and distribute notes. You can also query GAIA to find all Drive documents associated with any past meeting.
