Authorize Google Calendar via Google OAuth and your Figma account via Figma's OAuth in GAIA's integration settings. You select which Figma teams and projects GAIA monitors for milestone events.

Define which Figma events create calendar events — version tags, milestone comments, handoff status changes — and set the calendar event template including attendees, duration, and agenda format.
