GAIAでGoogle Calendar + Jiraを自動化
Schedule sprint ceremonies from Jira milestones and add events from Jira directly to your calendar
Jira holds your team's sprint plans, milestones, and release dates, but those dates rarely appear automatically in the calendar tool your entire organization uses to schedule meetings and block time. Engineers and project managers end up manually creating calendar events for sprint ceremonies, release dates, and milestone reviews — work that is error-prone and quickly goes stale when Jira dates change.
GAIA connects Google Calendar and Jira so your project timeline is always reflected in your calendar. Sprint start and end dates become calendar events automatically. Milestone due dates appear as all-day events with the right context. Release dates block time in the relevant engineers' calendars. When a sprint date changes in Jira, GAIA updates the corresponding calendar event so everyone stays aligned without manual re-entry.
This integration is essential for engineering teams who use Google Calendar as their primary scheduling tool and Jira as their project management source of truth, particularly where coordination with non-engineering stakeholders requires calendar visibility of development milestones.
5 自動化できること
Google CalendarとJiraが接続されているときにGAIAができるすべてのこと。
Auto-schedule sprint ceremonies from Jira
GAIA reads your Jira sprint dates and automatically creates Google Calendar events for sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, and retrospective on the correct days with the right attendees.
Add Jira milestone due dates to Google Calendar
When a Jira milestone or version release date is set, GAIA creates an all-day calendar event so the milestone is visible to everyone in the organization who relies on Google Calendar for scheduling.
Update calendar events when Jira dates change
If a sprint is extended or a milestone is rescheduled in Jira, GAIA automatically updates the corresponding Google Calendar events and notifies attendees so your calendar stays accurate without manual correction.
Block focus time around release dates
GAIA detects upcoming Jira release dates and blocks focus time in engineers' Google Calendars in the days before the release, protecting time for final testing and bug fixes without requiring a manual calendar update.
Create Jira issues from calendar events
When a planning meeting or design review is added to Google Calendar, GAIA can create a linked Jira epic or story to capture the deliverables discussed, connecting your scheduling tool to your project tracking system.
設定方法
Google CalendarとJiraを3ステップでGAIAに接続。
- 1
Connect Google Calendar and Jira to GAIA

- 2
Choose which Jira projects and event types to sync
Select the Jira projects whose sprint dates and milestones should appear on Google Calendar. Configure which Google Calendar to use for each project and how far in advance events should be created.
- 3
GAIA creates and maintains calendar events from Jira data
GAIA monitors Jira for sprint and milestone date changes and keeps the corresponding Google Calendar events in sync automatically. You can also query GAIA to generate a calendar view of any Jira project's upcoming dates.
