Connect Notion and Airtable to GAIA
Authenticate your Notion workspace and Airtable account in GAIA's integration settings. Select the Notion databases and Airtable bases that should be linked, and configure the sync direction — one-way push, one-way pull, or fully bidirectional.

Map fields between Notion and Airtable
GAIA guides you through matching Notion property types to Airtable field types. For properties with no direct equivalent, GAIA offers mapping options — for example, Notion rich text to an Airtable long text field or a Notion multi-select to an Airtable multiple select.

Once configured, GAIA monitors both platforms for changes and propagates updates between them automatically. You can run a full sync at any time via GAIA's conversational interface or let it run on the configured polling interval.
