GAIAでNotion + Microsoft Teamsを自動化
Share Notion content in Teams and capture meeting notes back to Notion
Enterprise teams that rely on Microsoft Teams for communication and Notion for knowledge management constantly lose information in the gap between the two. A Notion document published with important policy updates never reaches most of the team because they are living in Teams. Meeting decisions made in a Teams call are never written up in Notion because someone has to manually transcribe them after the fact. The knowledge base and the conversation platform operate as separate worlds, and institutional knowledge accumulates nowhere.
GAIA connects Notion and Microsoft Teams to ensure that information flows seamlessly between the two. When an important Notion page is published, GAIA posts a rich summary to the relevant Teams channel. When a Teams meeting concludes, GAIA generates structured meeting notes and saves them directly to a Notion page linked to the meeting's agenda. Important Teams messages can be pinned to Notion with a single reaction, and Notion pages can be referenced in Teams with automatic previews.
This integration is particularly valuable for large organizations standardized on Microsoft 365 but using Notion as an internal wiki, for consulting teams that document client work in Notion but coordinate in Teams, and for any enterprise team that wants to reduce knowledge loss between their communication and documentation platforms.
5 自動化できること
NotionとMicrosoft Teamsが接続されているときにGAIAができるすべてのこと。
Post Notion page updates to Teams channels
When a Notion page in a configured workspace or database is published or significantly updated, GAIA sends a formatted Teams message to the relevant channel with the page title, author, a summary of changes, and a direct link for the full document.
Capture Teams meeting notes automatically in Notion
After a Teams meeting ends, GAIA generates structured meeting notes using the meeting transcript or key messages and creates a Notion page in a designated meeting notes database, complete with attendees, date, agenda items, decisions, and action items.
Save important Teams messages to Notion with a reaction
Team members can react to a Teams message with a configured emoji to trigger GAIA to save that message to a Notion 'Important Messages' database, creating an accessible knowledge record from in-the-moment Teams conversations.
Daily Teams digest of new Notion content
Each morning GAIA posts a structured Teams message listing all Notion pages created or updated in the past 24 hours, organized by workspace section, so the team starts the day knowing what is new in the knowledge base without having to check Notion separately.
Link Teams channel conversations to Notion project pages
GAIA can associate a Microsoft Teams channel with a Notion project page, posting a project context card to new channel members and ensuring that major project updates in Notion are always surfaced in the Teams discussion thread.
設定方法
NotionとMicrosoft Teamsを3ステップでGAIAに接続。
- 1
Connect Notion and Microsoft Teams to GAIA
Authenticate your Notion workspace and Microsoft Teams organization through GAIA's integration settings. GAIA uses OAuth for both platforms and only requests the minimum permissions needed — message send for Teams and page read/write for Notion.
- 2
Configure your information flow rules
Specify which Notion databases trigger Teams notifications, which Teams channels are linked to which Notion sections, how meeting notes should be formatted and filed, and which Teams reactions should trigger Notion saves.
- 3
GAIA bridges your wiki and your chat automatically
GAIA monitors both Notion and Teams for configured triggers and executes information flows in real time. Your Teams channels stay informed about Notion updates, and important Teams discussions find their way into your permanent knowledge base.
