When a Salesforce opportunity is created or reaches a qualifying stage, GAIA creates a Notion deal page from an account strategy template, pre-filled with opportunity name, value, stage, contacts, and close date.
Sync pipeline stages and key metrics to Notion databases
GAIA maintains a Notion database of Salesforce opportunities, keeping stage, value, close date, and rep fields synchronized so pipeline dashboards in Notion always reflect live CRM data.
Document stakeholder maps in Notion with Salesforce contact data
GAIA pulls Salesforce contact records associated with an opportunity and populates the stakeholder map section of the Notion deal page, giving the account team a collaborative space to build relationship strategies.
Log Notion meeting notes to Salesforce activities
When a meeting notes section is updated on a Notion deal page, GAIA creates a corresponding activity note on the Salesforce opportunity, keeping the CRM timeline complete without requiring reps to log in two places.
Executive briefing generation
Before a high-value deal review, GAIA compiles a Notion executive briefing page pulling Salesforce deal data, activity history, and risk signals alongside the strategic notes from the Notion deal page.
