When a Salesforce Opportunity advances to a new stage, has its close date changed, or is updated by a rep, GAIA posts a notification to the relevant Slack channel with the deal name, stage, amount, and what changed — so sales management has a real-time pipeline view without running Salesforce reports.
Create Salesforce tasks from Slack messages
When a rep types a follow-up commitment in Slack — 'need to send the proposal by Thursday' — GAIA creates a Salesforce task assigned to the rep with the correct due date and links it to the relevant Opportunity, ensuring no commitment made in Slack is lost from the CRM.
Query Salesforce from Slack without leaving the app
Sales reps can ask GAIA in Slack 'what is the current stage of the Acme deal?' or 'show me my pipeline for this quarter' and GAIA returns a formatted summary pulled live from Salesforce so reps can access CRM data in the flow of their Slack workflow.

Authorize GAIA in your Slack workspace and connect your Salesforce organization. GAIA uses Salesforce's OAuth integration and requests the minimum permissions needed to read and write Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Tasks.
