Connect Todoist and Linear to GAIA
Authorize Todoist and Linear in GAIA's integration settings. GAIA uses Linear's GraphQL API and Todoist's REST API with OAuth to access only the teams and projects you specify.

Set up team mappings and sync preferences
Map Linear teams to Todoist projects, define which issue states trigger sync, and set your preferred priority translation between Linear's 0–4 scale and Todoist's priority levels.

GAIA maintains real-time sync between both tools
GAIA listens for webhooks from both Linear and Todoist to propagate changes in near real-time. Daily digest summaries are also available to surface any sync discrepancies.
