When a due date is set on a Trello card, GAIA creates a Google Calendar event at the due date and time, including the card title and a link back to the Trello card so the deadline is visible in your daily schedule.
Create Trello cards from calendar events
When a Google Calendar event is created with a specific keyword or in a designated project calendar, GAIA creates a Trello card with the event name, date, and description so the commitment is tracked in your project board.
Multi-stage deadline reminders
GAIA creates multi-stage Google Calendar reminders for Trello cards — a one-week warning, a two-day alert, and a same-day notification — so teams have sufficient lead time to complete work before deadlines.
Sprint calendar from Trello board
GAIA reads all due dates from a Trello sprint board and generates a Google Calendar sprint view, giving the team a time-based perspective on the sprint workload alongside their meeting schedule.
Reschedule overdue items automatically
