Schedule Zoom reviews when Figma milestones are reached
When a Figma file is marked ready for review, GAIA schedules a Zoom meeting with the relevant stakeholders. The meeting invite includes a direct link to the Figma file.
Post Zoom review feedback as Figma comments
After a design review call, GAIA parses the meeting notes for feedback items and posts them as comments on the relevant Figma frames. Designers have structured feedback without re-watching the recording.
Notify Figma team of Zoom meeting recording
When a design review recording is ready, GAIA posts the Zoom link as a Figma file comment. Anyone who missed the call can watch the review in the context of the file being discussed.
Create follow-up Zoom sessions for unresolved Figma comments
GAIA monitors Figma for comments that remain unresolved after a review and schedules a quick follow-up Zoom session with the designer and reviewer. No action item gets forgotten between design cycles.
