Automatic Zoom links for calendar events
When you create a Google Calendar event with external attendees, GAIA generates a Zoom meeting and adds the join URL, meeting ID, and passcode to the event description automatically.
Meeting reminders with context
Ten minutes before each Zoom-linked calendar event, GAIA sends a reminder with the join link, attendee list, any shared agenda, and a summary of recent interactions with the attendees.
Reschedule Zoom meetings with calendar
When a Google Calendar event is rescheduled, GAIA updates the corresponding Zoom meeting time automatically so attendees always have a working join link with current timing.
Post-meeting recording distribution
After a Zoom call ends and the cloud recording processes, GAIA adds the recording link to the Google Calendar event so attendees can find the recording by checking the original calendar entry.
Zoom meeting analytics by calendar event type
GAIA tracks Zoom meeting duration and attendance against calendar event categories, providing insights into how much time different meeting types actually consume versus what was scheduled.
