Capture action items from Discord with a reaction
When a team member reacts to a Discord message with a designated emoji, GAIA creates a Todoist task from that message. The task includes a link back to the Discord message for full context.
Create tasks via Discord slash command
Team members type a GAIA command in any Discord channel to create a Todoist task on the spot. They can specify the project, due date, and assignee without ever leaving Discord.
Route channel-specific messages to Todoist projects
Messages in your Discord bug-report or feature-request channels are automatically converted into Todoist tasks in the corresponding project. Triage happens without manual data entry.
Post Todoist task completions back to Discord
When a Todoist task is completed, GAIA posts a brief update to the originating Discord channel. The team sees progress in context without checking Todoist separately.
