Event cancellation and rescheduling announcements
When a Google Calendar event is cancelled or rescheduled, GAIA automatically posts an update to the relevant Discord channel so attendees are informed immediately without a manual announcement.

Authorize Google Calendar in GAIA's integration settings and invite the GAIA bot to your Discord server. You select which Google Calendars to monitor and which Discord channels receive event notifications.

Set how far in advance GAIA posts reminders — for example, 24 hours and 1 hour before — and customize the message format including which event details to include and how mentions should be used.
