GAIA connects Google Calendar and Salesforce to make CRM logging automatic. When a sales meeting appears on your calendar, GAIA links it to the relevant Salesforce opportunity, contact, or account. When the meeting ends, GAIA creates the activity record with attendees, duration, and a summary derived from any notes you've added. Follow-up tasks from the call land in Salesforce Tasks automatically so the next step is always recorded.

GAIA detects Salesforce opportunities where no Google Calendar meeting has been scheduled in the past 14 days and creates a task to re-engage, preventing deals from stalling silently.

    Authenticate your Google account and Salesforce org in GAIA's settings. GAIA uses Salesforce Connected App OAuth and Google Calendar API to read and write both systems.

    Tell GAIA how to match calendar attendees to Salesforce contacts, which calendar event types should create activity records, and what follow-up task templates to apply.

    GAIA logs activities and tasks automatically

    After each qualifying calendar event, GAIA creates the Salesforce activity record and any follow-up tasks within minutes of the meeting ending, keeping your CRM current.
