Figma comment alerts to Slack
When a stakeholder or reviewer leaves a comment on a Figma file, GAIA posts a notification to the designer's Slack DM and the relevant project channel, including the comment text, the frame it was left on, and a direct link to the comment so the designer can respond without hunting through Figma.
Design version publish notifications
When a designer publishes a new version of a Figma file, GAIA sends a structured Slack notification to the project channel with the version description, a preview image, and a link to the updated file so developers and product managers know when designs have changed and can review the updates immediately.
Design review request workflow in Slack
When a designer is ready for review, they can post a design review request directly from Slack with the Figma link and review instructions. GAIA notifies the designated reviewers, tracks who has reviewed and commented, and posts a summary of feedback back to the channel.
