You can configure GAIA to log only meetings with external domains, only meetings where a Salesforce contact is an attendee, or all meetings. Internal-only meetings can be excluded.

Does this require Salesforce admin access?

Individual reps need standard user access with API permissions enabled. For org-wide deployment, a Salesforce admin needs to set up the Connected App.

Can GAIA update the Salesforce opportunity stage based on the meeting?

GAIA can update the stage if you configure a rule — for example, a meeting tagged as 'Demo' advances the opportunity to Demonstration. Stage changes require your approval before they are applied.
