Auto-create calendar events from Discord event posts
When a community event is posted in a designated Discord channel, GAIA creates a corresponding Google Calendar event with the correct time and description. Members can accept the invite directly from their calendar.
Post Discord reminders before scheduled events
GAIA sends countdown reminders to the Discord channel at configurable intervals — 24 hours and 1 hour before each event. Members get a nudge without anyone having to remember to post manually.
Announce new calendar events in Discord
When a calendar event is added to a shared Google Calendar, GAIA posts an announcement in the Discord events channel. Community members are informed instantly and can react to confirm attendance.
Post post-event recaps to Discord
After a calendar event ends, GAIA posts a recap prompt in Discord so organizers can share notes or recordings. It keeps the conversation tied to the event timeline automatically.

Authorize GAIA with your Discord server and link your Google Calendar. Choose which Discord channels and which calendars should be paired.

Configure how far in advance GAIA should post reminders in Discord and which Google Calendar changes should trigger Discord announcements.
