GAIA connects HubSpot and Google Drive so sales documents are always organized and accessible from the CRM. When a new HubSpot deal is created, GAIA creates a structured Drive folder for the account. As documents are created or uploaded to Drive for a deal, GAIA attaches them to the corresponding HubSpot deal record with the correct document type and version. When a contract is executed, GAIA advances the HubSpot deal stage automatically.

When a proposal or contract in Drive is edited or revised, GAIA posts a comment on the linked HubSpot deal record notifying the account owner, ensuring they always have the latest version.
Advance deal stage when contracts are signed
When a signed contract is uploaded to a deal's Drive folder, GAIA advances the HubSpot deal to Closed Won, records the contract date, and creates the post-sale handoff task automatically.
