Auto-attach Drive documents to Salesforce deal records
When a proposal, contract, or SOW is added to an account's Drive folder, GAIA automatically attaches the file to the linked Salesforce opportunity record with the document type labeled, keeping deal files accessible from the CRM.
Advance deal stage when contracts are signed
When an executed contract is added to the signed documents subfolder in Drive, GAIA advances the Salesforce opportunity to Closed Won, records the contract date, and creates the post-sale handoff task automatically.
Notify reps when documents require action
When a legal team member adds comments or a revised version of a contract to Drive, GAIA creates a Salesforce task for the account executive to review and respond, keeping the contract cycle moving.
Generate proposals from Salesforce data
