When an engineer mentions a blocker during a Zoom standup, GAIA creates or updates the relevant Jira ticket with an impediment flag and notifies the Scrum Master to schedule a resolution.

Connect Jira and Zoom to GAIA
Authenticate your Jira instance and Zoom account in GAIA's settings. Enable Zoom cloud recording with transcription (available on Pro and above) for automatic action item extraction.

Tag sprint meetings for Jira processing
Add a GAIA keyword to Zoom meeting titles or use calendar metadata to indicate which meetings are sprint ceremonies. GAIA applies the appropriate Jira workflow to each meeting type.
