Create Todoist tasks from assigned Airtable records
When an Airtable record is assigned to you or a status field changes to a trigger value, GAIA creates a Todoist task with the record name, due date, and a link back to the Airtable row.
Sync Todoist task completion back to Airtable
When you mark a linked Todoist task complete, GAIA updates the corresponding Airtable record status to Done so the shared database reflects actual work completion in real time.
Editorial calendar task generation
For content teams with an Airtable publishing calendar, GAIA creates Todoist writing and editing tasks from calendar rows as their scheduled dates approach, complete with deadlines and brief links.
Project database milestone tracking
When an Airtable project record reaches its planned milestone date without a completion status, GAIA creates an overdue alert task in Todoist and flags the record in the base.
New record assignment notifications
When a new row is added to an Airtable base and assigned to a team member, GAIA creates a Todoist task for that person immediately so new work is captured before it is forgotten.

Authenticate your Todoist account and connect your Airtable workspace to GAIA. Select the specific bases and views that GAIA should monitor for trigger conditions.

Map Airtable fields to Todoist task properties
Tell GAIA which Airtable field maps to the task title, which date field becomes the Todoist due date, and which status values trigger task creation or completion.
