Action items identified in a Zoom call summary become HubSpot tasks assigned to the account owner. Due dates from the conversation are applied so nothing slips post-call.

GAIA matches participants by email address. If a Zoom participant's email exists as a HubSpot contact, the call is logged to that contact. Unmatched participants are flagged for manual review.
