When a Trello card moves from In Progress to Done, GAIA marks the linked Asana task as complete, keeping both tools consistent without requiring team members to update two systems.
Bulk migrate projects from Asana to Trello
GAIA reads all tasks in an Asana project and creates a fully populated Trello board with lists mapped to Asana sections, making platform transitions seamless and data-complete.
Deadline synchronization
GAIA monitors due dates in both platforms and alerts the team when dates diverge, ensuring that deadline changes made in one tool are reflected in the other before they cause scheduling conflicts.
Client board updates from internal tracking

Connect your Asana workspace and Trello account to GAIA. GAIA maps Asana projects to Trello boards and Asana sections to Trello lists based on your configuration.

Set sync direction and field mappings
Choose whether to sync one-way or bidirectionally. Configure which fields carry over — title, description, due date, assignee, labels — between the two platforms.
