GAIAでLinear + Airtableを自動化
Sync engineering metrics and issue data to Airtable dashboards
Linear is purpose-built for engineering teams. Airtable is purpose-built for structured data that non-technical stakeholders can query, filter, and build views on. The two serve different audiences, but the data that lives in Linear — issue counts, cycle velocity, lead times, label breakdowns — is exactly what operations, finance, and product leadership want to analyze in Airtable.
GAIA syncs Linear data to Airtable automatically so dashboards stay current without anyone manually exporting CSVs. Engineering metrics flow into Airtable bases where stakeholders can build the views, formulas, and reports they need without accessing Linear. When an issue is created, updated, or completed in Linear, Airtable reflects the change in real time.
This integration is particularly useful for ops teams that track engineering KPIs alongside other business metrics in Airtable, and for companies that use Airtable as their source of truth for cross-functional reporting.
5 自動化できること
LinearとAirtableが接続されているときにGAIAができるすべてのこと。
Mirror Linear issues to an Airtable issues base
GAIA creates a row in Airtable for each Linear issue in your configured scope, keeping fields like status, assignee, priority, label, and cycle synchronized so stakeholders can query, filter, and group issues without Linear access.
Sync cycle metrics to an engineering KPIs base
At the end of each Linear cycle, GAIA appends a new record to the engineering KPIs Airtable base with velocity, completion rate, carry-over percentage, and average cycle time so leadership can track engineering health over time.
Build bug triage views in Airtable
GAIA syncs all Linear issues labeled bug to a dedicated Airtable base where the support team can add triage notes, customer impact ratings, and reproduction steps that live alongside the engineering issue data without cluttering Linear.
Track feature delivery commitments in Airtable
GAIA syncs Linear issues linked to committed features to an Airtable tracking base. Stakeholders see target cycle, current status, and actual delivery date in a format they can embed in executive reports.
Aggregate team capacity data for resource planning
GAIA writes assigned issue counts, story points, and cycle allocations per engineer to an Airtable resource planning base so ops and engineering management can model capacity without manual data collection.
設定方法
LinearとAirtableを3ステップでGAIAに接続。
- 1
Connect Linear and Airtable to GAIA
Authorize GAIA with your Linear workspace and Airtable account. Select or create the Airtable base and tables that should receive Linear data.
- 2
Map Linear fields to Airtable columns
Define which Linear issue properties map to which Airtable columns. GAIA supports all standard Linear fields as well as custom fields and will create Airtable columns for any that do not already exist.
- 3
Airtable stays current as Linear changes
GAIA monitors Linear for issue changes and propagates them to Airtable in near real time. Stakeholders always see current data in their Airtable views without anyone running exports.
